Okra fry

250 gms okra
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp asafoetida powder
2 dsp gram flour
250 gms refined vegetable oil

Slit okra into thin pieces lengthwise. Marinate with salt, chilli powder and asafoetida powder for five minutes. Sprinkle gram flour and toss. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot
