jam omlette

eggs 2
sugar 1/2 tsp
mixed fruit jam 1 tbsp
vanilla essence 2 drops
ghee or butter 2 tsp

Beat the eggs till fluffy. Add essence and sugar and beat

till the sugar dissolves. Prepare omlette with the mixture

on medium heat using butter or ghee. Spread a spoonful

of jam on omlette, fold and serve hot.
