corn curry

boiled corn 1 cup
tomato 6
cut onions 1/4 cup
cumin seeds 1/2 cups
mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
curry leaves 1 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
dhania powder 1 tsp
zeera powder 1/2 tsp
red chillie powder 1 tsp
oil 3 tbsp
salt as required

heat oil put mustard and cumin seeds, when they splutter add
the onions till golden brown. add ginger garlic paste
curry leaves, turmeric, red chillie,dhaniya, zeera powders and fry
a little add the cut tomatoes , corn and salt and cook
them till soft. add a cup of water if required and cook till
oil floats on top.
