corn soup


fresh corn 100 gm

salt as required

pepper 1 tsp

corn flour 1 tbsp

soya sauce 1 tsp



cook the corn till soft in 3 glasses of water till they become soft.

add salt and pepper and soya sauce. mix the corn flour in half a

cup of water and add to the boiling soup stirring continuosly to

avoid lumps. serve hot.
