kheer


milk 500 ml
vermicelli 100gm
sugar 200 gm
cardamom powder 1 tsp
ghee 2 tsp
fry the vermicelli in ghee . boil milk and add fried
vermicelli . after its cooked add sugar and when
the sugar dissolves and kheer thickens add the
cardamom powder and fried cashew nuts. serve
hot or cold.
