yellow dal


tuar dal 100 gm
green chillies 2
curry leaves 1 tsp
coriander leaves 2 tsp
mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
crushed garlic 1 tbsp
oil 1 tsp
ghee 1 tsp
cook the dal in pressure cooker till soft. heat oil and
ghee together. add mustard and cumin seeds, when
they splutter add crushed garlic,slit green chillies
and curry leaves .fry a min and add the cooked dal
with salt as required and bring it to boil. remove
from fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
