Mixed Fruit Lassi




pear 1 medium roughly chopped
apple 1 medium roughly chopped
apricot reserve 2 tbsp
yoghurt 2 cups
honey 2 tbsp
fresh mint leaves 4

Add chopped pear and apple and blend. add yoghurt,apricot
reserve,honey and blend again. now add mint leaves and
crushed ice cubes and blend again till smooth. serve
chilled.
