milk payasam

raw rice- 1/2 cup

sugar- 1 cup

milk- 4 cup

water- 2 cup

cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp

cashewnuts fried in ghee- 1 dsp

Put all the ingredients from first to fifth in a pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes. The Payasam is ready. Before serving sprinkle fried cashew nuts. It is better to serve it after chilling.
