Qubaani kaa meetha

Apricots 200 gms
Sugar 60 gms
Fresh cream 50 ml
Water 300 ml
cardamom powder 1 tsp


Wash and soak the apricots in hot water for half an

hour. Mash and remove the nuts. Boil the apricots

until it starts thickening. Add sugar and cook for

5 minutes. Allow the mixture to chill and add


cardamom powder. Serve with fresh cream or plain

custard.
