idli fry

idlies 6
red chillie powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil to fry

cut the cooked idlis into half inch strips.heat oil
and fry this peices into golden colour. take them
into a bowl and add red chillie powder and coriander
powder and salt and mix well .serve hot with tomato
sauce .
